Delivering and Sending Pallets to Amazon

Sendapallet is a web based carrier system for pallets, and accepts consignments of pallets up to 200cm in height and 1200 kg in weight.

amazon logoAmazon have changed the way in which pallet deliveries are booked in to all of their Fulfilment Centres.  Amazon are migrating a progress where the Palletways delivery depot will only be allowed to make the booking.

Vendors can no longer use Amazons CARP system to book in deliveries.  Amazon will only accept pallet deliveries if they have been booked in via the Palletways delivery depot and Sendapallet is an entry point to the Palletways network .

Amazon do not count or acknowledge signed or stamped pod as a pod in any case.  It is only counted for them as delivered when it is booked into their inventory system.

Amazon has requested that all consignment’s sent; customers use the ASN number as the consignment number.

Sending to Amazon with Sendapallet

All Amazon deliveries will need to be manifested as an economy delivery and we will have to add the timed delivery charge as a separate charge for this consignment. Only the delivery depot can book the goods in

On the booking screen you must do the following.

Select an Economy delivery.

Select a TIMED delivery and choose 10:00 although as the delivery will be consolidated it won’t be hitting that slot. We have to pay the delivering depot a TIMED fee so we need to charge a TIMED surcharge.

In the notes field you need to provide the below information required so the depot can book the delivery in. These are as follows:

*   Number of pallets
*   Number of cartons
*   Number of units
*   The purchase order number (if applicable)
*   Name of vendor
